I Love myself I do. Not everything, but I love the good as well as the bad. I love my crazy lifestyle, and I love my hard discipline. I love my freedom of speech and the way my eyes get dark when I’m tired. I love that I have learned to trust people with my heart, even if it will get broken. My brother is one of my true heroes. Steady and sober where I am impulsive and emotional.

Cooking is all about people. Food is maybe the only universal thing that really has the power to bring everyone together. No matter what culture, everywhere around the world, people get together to eat.
I’m not a chef. But I’m passionate about food – the tradition of it, cooking it, and sharing it.
My sister and I cooked a lot together; my sister was a very healthy vegetarian. She was always a real good teacher for me about organics, recycling, composting -whenever you hear me talk about it, it’s usually because of my sister’s influence.
Nothing is better than going home to family and eating good food and relaxing .
